Ray Pfoff
Ray Pfoff, 96, of Covington, departed this life on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Rosedale Health and Rehab Center in Latonia, KY.
He was born on June 16, 1921 in Whitley County, to the late John F. and Fannie (Walters) Pfaff.
Mr. Pfoff was a combat veteran that served in World War II at the Battle of the Bulge. He was a member of the Rockholds Methodist Church and the Piney Grove Methodist Church of Corbin, Kentucky.
Mr. Pfoff owned and operated a Hardware store and Grocery Store in Rockholds, for many years.
He is survived by his wife Marjorie Pfoff of Covington; two daughters, Donna Paul and husband and Garry of Florence and Rhonda Pfaff and husband Bill Stafford of Edgewood; four grandchildren, Sherry Paul, Angie Hall and husband Todd, Adam Reynolds and wife April, and Maribeth Pfaff-Stafford; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 8, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Logan and Rev. Troy Hahn officiating.
Following the service he was laid to rest in the Broyles Cemetery at Rockholds.
