Meet the May Day Candidates 2019

The following young ladies are sophomores and have been chosen to compete in the 2019 May Day Competition.

Hannah Baker

Hannah Madelyn Baker is the 16-year-old daughter of Jennifer and Barry Baker. She has red hair and hazel eyes and enjoys playing volleyball for CHS and KZ, Biomed Club, Kentucky Junior Historical Society, and CHS Student Council. Her sponsoring business is Cumberland Valley National Bank on Master Street.

Haley Callebs

Haley Cheyann Callebs is the 16-year-old daughter of Tina Callebs and Jason Callebs. She has brown hair and blue eyes and enjoys playing volleyball for CHS and Horizon and the Biomed Club. Her sponsoring business is Cumberland Valley National Bank on Cumberland Falls Highway.

Elizabeth “Libby” Cima

Elizabeth Marie (Libby) Cima is the 16-year-old daughter of Edmondo and Debra Cima. She has blonde hair and green eyes and enjoys CHS Cheer and Tennis, Track, Y-Club, FCA, and Pep Club. Her sponsoring business is The Powder Room.

Hannah Davis

Hannah Davis is the 15-year-old daughter of Katrina and Jeremy Davis. She has blonde hair and blue/green eyes and enjoys swimming and being with her friends. Her sponsoring business is Sav-Rite Pharmacy.

Anna Dotson

Anna Grace Dotson is the 16-year-old daughter of Greg and Dorissa Dotson. She has brunette hair and green eyes and enjoys playing for the CHS Soccer Team. Her sponsoring business is Lloyd Williams Jewelers.

Taelor Ellison

Taelor Ellison is the 16-year-old daughter of Jenny Mitchell Barnett and Donnie Ellison. She has brown hair and brown eyes and enjoys swimming and walking her dog. Her sponsoring business is B&H Shoes.

Caroline Evans

Caroline Brice Evans is the 16-year-old daughter of Brian and Teresa Evans. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and enjoys CHS Cross Country Team, Academic Team, Science Olympiad Team, Y-Club, and was the chair of CHS Dance Blue and Stuffed Animal Drive. She has been accepted to the Gatton Academy of Math and Science hosted at WKU. Her sponsoring business is Creative Touch Jewelers.

Clara Finneseth

Clara Finneseth is the 15-year-old daughter of Lars and Dr. Cindy Finneseth. She has brown hair and brown eyes and enjoys playing for the CHS and Commonwealth Soccer Teams, and Kentucky ODP Soccer Team Program. She also participates on CHS Track Team, the Biomed club and FBC Youth Group. Her sponsoring business is Hear Better Hearing Aid Center.

Jayden Frazier

Jayden Frazier is the 16-year-old daughter of Lindsey and Chad Frazier. She has blonde hair and brown eyes and enjoys playing for the CHS and Horizon Volleyball teams.
