Man accused of running over pedestrian while drunk pleads not guilty

A Williamsburg man, who allegedly ran over and killed a man out walking his dog along a sidewalk nearly two months ago, pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment Monday afternoon in Whitley Circuit Court.
