Ky. 92E road work should be completed Friday

If you are traveling Ky. 92E this week, then you may want to allow more time due to roadwork.

Maintenance operations on Ky. 92E at mile point 14.0 in Whitley County began Monday, and are expected to conclude on Friday, Aug. 31. Work times will be from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect long delays, and potential road closures, while utilizing safe driving habits when traveling through the area.

The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur. Motorists can access travel and traffic conditions at http://goky.ky.gov or contribute their own reports at www.waze.com or via the Waze mobile application.
