Investigators are getting closer to solving a triple homicide that took place at a residence off Deep Branch Road in 2017.
The Whitley County Grand Jury heard evidence Monday in connection with the strangulation killings.
Williamsburg Police Chief Wayne Bird said that his department began investigating the case in July 2018 at the request of the some of the victims’ family members.
While there have been suspects in the case since the beginning at this point investigators have some “pretty strong suspects,” Bird noted.
