The following cases were heard by Judge Fred White in Whitley County District Court on March 5:

Scott A. Jones, born in 1979 – motion for shock probation denied, didn’t complete rehab as ordered.

William Mitchell, born in 1999, disorderly conduct – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, court costs, not to be on a Whitley County school property.

Samantha Prewitt, born in 1991, failure to produce insurance card – $25 fine plus court costs.

Sidney N. Salidas, born in 1996, theft under $500 – 12-months in jail probated for two years after first seven days are served, credit one day already served, sentence may be served on weekends, plus court costs and public defender fee.

Alex B. Saylor, born in 1998, carrying a concealed deadly weapon – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, plus court costs, forfeit brass knuckles to Williamsburg Police Department.

Thomas Summer, born in 1995, endangering the welfare of a minor – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, follow Department of Community-Based Services case plan, plus court costs.

Joshua Traylor, born in 1989, second-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – six-month jail sentence probated for two years after first 100 days are served, credit 100 days already served, operator’s license suspended for 12 months, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $350 fine plus fees and costs.

Kevin Llewellyn, born in 1990 – probated time revoked, serve balance of 12-month sentence.

Jessica L. Meadows, born in 1989, none/improper use of temporary tag, no auto insurance, license not in possession – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years, $275 fine plus court costs.

Wanda Buck, born in 1980, theft-shoplifting under $500, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years after seven days in jail or 14 days home incarceration are served, $283 fines and court costs.

Ashley Nichole Moore, born in 1988, speeding 10 mph over limit – paid.

Crystal H. Sheffield, born in 1989, third-degree criminal trespassing – $10 fine plus court costs.

The following cases were heard by Judge Fred White in Whitley County District Court on March 6:

Metro Knoxville HMA LLC vs. Jeremy M. Croley – motion for default judgment granted.

Second Round Sub LLC vs. Marilynn Moses – motion for default judgment granted.

Second Round LP vs. Nathan Sulfridge – motion for default judgment granted.

Morgenthau Gross vs. Donald Smith – judgment for petitioner in the amount of $144.

Christina Maria Bowman, born in 1975, bench warrant issued – pay $223 fine or go to jail.

Jonas Lee Fultz, born in 1980, bench warrant issued – pay $251 fine or go to jail.

Edward K. Kelley, born in 1954, bench warrant issued – pay $243 fine or go to jail.

Travis Scott Loudermelt, born in 1976, bench warrant issued – pay $498 fine or go to jail.

Mildred Mefford, born in 1978, bench warrant issued – pay $233 fine or go to jail.

Jeremy Miracle, born in 1984, to jail from court – pay $748 fine or stay in jail.

Darrell Wayne Moran, born in 1979, bench warrant issued – pay $643 fine or go to jail.

Mark Rose, born in 1965, bench warrant issued – pay $143 fine or go to jail.

Latricia Parker vs. Latrina Martin – motion for shock probation denied, owes $13,000 in arrears.

Jennifer McHargue vs. Sarah R. Mills – motion for contempt granted, order of arrest entered.

Bobbie Hamblin vs. Kayla L. Rogers – motion for default judgment granted.

Amanda G. Hibbard vs. Freddie W. Tallant – motion for default judgment granted.

Shelly M. Barton, born in 1982, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a minor – one-year diversion, cooperate with Department of Community-Based Services, follow case plan.

Roger Michael Fuston, born in 1966, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol – 12-month diversion.

Adam McKinsey Hayes, born in 1989, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 30 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $200 fine plus fees and costs.

James R. Hill, born in 1966, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 30 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $200 fine plus fees, costs and public defender fee.

Kathryn Lambdin, born in 1961, theft-shoplifting under $500 – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years after 14 days are served on home incarceration, court costs, stay out of Walmart.

Angela Lay, born in 1975, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 30 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $200 fine plus fees and costs.

Ronnie J. Mays, born in 1991, second-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years after first seven days are served, sentence to be served on weekends, operator’s license suspended for 12 months, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $350 fine plus fees and costs.

Paula J. McNealy, born in 1965, possession of marijuana – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, plus court costs.

Michael Joe Money, born in 1978, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years, operator’s license suspended for 30 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $200 fine plus fees and costs.

Michael E. Perkins, born in 1980, giving officer a false name or address – 30-day jail sentence concurrent with sentence he is already serving, plus court costs.

Tommy Powers, born in 1979, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a minor – one-year diversion, cooperate with Department of Community-Based Services, follow case plan.

Charles Vanover, born in 1993 – motion for expungement granted.

The following cases were heard by Judge Cathy Prewitt in Whitley County District Court on March 8:

Kenneth W. Adams, born in 1992, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, third-degree possession of a controlled substance – six-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $300 fine plus court costs.

Danny Mays, born in 1989, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree assault domestic violence no visible injury, contempt of court – six-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $200 fine plus court costs; sentencing in assault case scheduled for March 28.

Danny L. Mays, born in 1989, contempt of court – 10-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years.

The following cases were heard by Judge Cathy Prewitt in Whitley County District Court on March 12:

Jennifer J. Fayling, born in 1982, failure to wear seatbelts, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance – six-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, operator’s license suspended for 30 days, attend alcohol and drug education classes, $1,243 fines, fees and costs.

Kenneth Wilburn Adams, born in 1992, possession of marijuana, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree assault – 12-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years.

Stella M. Collins, born in 1974, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a minor – 12-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, plus court costs.

Tommy L. Collins, born in 1968, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a minor – 12-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, plus court costs.

Casey Ryan Foley, born in 1997, no/expired registration, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt – $50 fine plus court costs.

Daniel Fuson, born in 1997, carrying a concealed deadly weapon – $50 fine plus court costs.

Paul Houston, born in 1963, theft-shoplifting, third-degree criminal trespass – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years after first seven days are served, sentenced to be served on weekends, $100 fine plus court costs, stay out of Walmart.

Joseph B. Lawson, born in 1984, alcohol intoxication, second-degree disorderly conduct – 60-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, credit 30 days already served, $223 fines and court costs.

Billy Lloyd Perkins, born in 1961, controlled substance prescription not in original container – 90-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years.
