Brian N. Carrier, born in 1990 – shock probation granted.
Christopher Hall, born in 1981, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a minor – six-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, credit 37 days already served, credit time served towards court costs.
Kevin A. Hurst, born in 1998 – case dismissed without prejudice following completion of community service.
Jessica A. Kidd, born in 1989, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no auto insurance, contempt of court – 30-day jail sentence, credit eight days already served, $208 fines and court costs.
Joseph Mowery, born in 1971, no/expired registration plates, failure to wear seatbelts, license not in possession – $208 fines and court costs.
Joseph Lee Siler Jr., born in 1968, wanton endangerment, resisting arrest – 12-month jail sentence conditionally discharged for tow years, credit eight days already served, credit time served towards costs.
Jamie L. Sulfridge, born in 1985 – case dismissed without prejudice following completion of diversion.
William Cody Sulfridge, born in 1993, fourth-degree assault – 180-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, credit 106 days already served, credit time served towards costs and fines.
Tamera K. Anderson, born in 1974, alcohol intoxication, contempt of court – 10-day jail sentence conditionally discharged for two years, $25 fine plus court costs.
Hobert Lee Elswick Jr., born in 1972, contempt of court – conditional discharge time revoked, 12-month jail sentence.
