Butt found incompetent to stand trial

Steven Butt was ruled mentally incompetent when he assaulted deputies.

An Ohio man, who allegedly assaulted four Whitley County Sheriff’s deputies sending three of them to the hospital during an August incident, has been deemed incompetent to stand trial.
