Armed Tri-County Reserve says it was there to support peaceful protests
As Kentuckians for Change held its Black Lives Matter protest Thursday night in downtown Corbin, a group of nine people armed with rifles and handguns stood watching from across Main Street.
The group was part of Tri–County Reserve.
