Valarie J. Newman, improper equipment. Fined $100, $133 court costs.

Bradley Anderson, 1989, theft under $500. Sentenced to 12 months in jail, probated, $163 court costs.

Steven Farris, 1991, alcohol intoxication. Fined $50, $163 court costs.

Steven Farris, 1991, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on suspended/revoked license, DUI. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, to serve 4 days, balance probated, fined $200, licenses suspended for 90 days, to attend DUI classes, $538 court costs.

James Lockaby, 1958, endangering the welfare of a minor. Sentenced to 6 months in jail, probated, to pay $215.50 court costs and fees.

Velvet Mitchell, 1964, theft by deception. Sentenced to 6 months in jail, probated, to pay $181 restitution to Whitely County Board of Education, $133 court costs.

Felisha Peace, 1989, prescription not in original container. Sentence to 6 months in jail, probated, $163 court costs.

Heather Sizemore, 1988, theft of contents from vehicle under $500. Sentence to 6 months in jail, probated, $163 court costs.

Steven Burke, 1959, DUI (second offense). Sentenced to 30 days in jail, to serve 7 days, balance probated, fined $350, license suspended for 12 months, to attend DUI classes, court costs.

Martin Gambrel, 1972, failure to produce insurance card, DUI (second offense), driving on a DUI suspended license. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, to serve 7 days, balance probated, fined $850, license suspended for 12 months, to attend DUI classes, court costs.

Patricia Gambrel-Martin, 1972, DUI (second offense). Sentenced to 30 days in jail, to serve 14 days, balance probated, fined $350, license suspended for 12 months, to pay court costs.
