Jefferson Patrick moved the ball over mid-field with this early carry in the rout of Harrison County.
Williamsburg jumped on the Harrison County for 20 first quarter points and rolled to a 50-20 win over the Class 4A Thorobreds. Dalton Sizemore scored two touchdowns and passed for three others in the lopsided win. Junior Corey Shelton scored three touchdowns including a 77-yard punt return.
The Yellow Jackets will have another open date next week before going to Campbellsville to play their first district game. It will be the first Class A team Williamsburg has played this season.
In the only other county game, the Whitley County Colonels lost to Knox Central 46-27. Turnovers, penalties and poor tackling hurt the Colonels in their fifth straight loss of the season.
