Michael Brown, Justice and Public Safety Cabinet Secretary (right) in Frankfort on May 20. Moses received the award for a May 2008 incident in a Lebanon, Ky. restaurant where he came to the aid of a 65-year-old woman who was choking. After he performed the Heimlich manuever three times, she began to breath on her own. A Danville resident, Moses is a six-year KSP veteran and a 1987 graduate of Williamsburg High School in Whitely County. He is the son of Don and Margaret Moses of Williamsburg.
