William Everette Fuller
William Everette Fuller, 72, of Nannie Hubbard Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Baptist Health in Lexington.
He was born on September 21, 1944 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Arthur Bryant and Dorothy (Mayfield) Bryant.
He was preceded in death by a son, William Fuller Jr.; wife, Darlene Fuller; and father and mother-in-law, Uhlas and Edna Canada.
William was an employee of W.D. Bryants for over 27 years and a veteran of the United States Army, having served for over 12 years and two tours of Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W.
He is survived by his wife of over 35 years, Lorraine Canada Fuller of Williamsburg; daughter, Amber Fuller Anderson (Jonathan) of Williamsburg; grandson, Landon Anderson of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
The funeral service was held on Sunday, October 9, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Meadors and Rev. Ronald Canada officiating.
He will be laid to rest following military graveside honors conducted by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin in the Canadatown Cemetery. William Bryant, Lee Bryant, Daren Bryant, Jonathan Anderson, Steve Canada and Kevin Smiddy served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Landon Anderson and Presley Smiddy.
