Whitley County Fiscal Court begins process for expansion at Whitley County Detention Center

Like many county jails across the state, the Whitley County Detention Center often finds itself over capacity. Thanks to a windfall in the most-recently-approved state budget, plans are underway to help alleviate that problem.
