W’burg woman found with meth during traffic stop

Williamsburg police found suspected methamphetamine on Felicia Blakley during a recent traffic stop.

A Williamsburg woman, who has been indicted twice this year on methamphetamine-related charges, was arrested Thursday evening on another methamphetamine-related offense.
