Wanda Smith Yancey

Wanda Smith Yancey, 55, of Newcomb passed away Monday, October 23, 2017 at the Physicians Regional Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1962 in Jellico, TN.

Wanda was preceded in death by father, George Smith, Jr.; mother, Annie Hurst McKeehan; grandson, Jeffrey Buck; brother, Alvis Adkins; sister, Edna Adkins.

She is survived by husband, Robert Yancey; sons, Robert Yancey, Jr. and Christina, Christopher Yancey; daughters, Ronda Blankenship and Anthony, Amanda Uhlich and Michael, Beverly Yancey and Charles Ward, Rachel Yancey; twelve grandchildren; brothers, Michael Mckeehan and Teresa, Donald McKeehan and Jennifer; sister, Debra Sands and Sandy; special nephews, Jamie Dople, Menden McKeehan, Jared Douglas; speical nieces, Leah Johnson, Sarah, Abby McKeehan, Ribbon McKeehan and host of friends and family to mourn her passing.

The funeral was held October 25 at the Harp Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Dople officiating.

Burial was held Thursday, October 26, in the Adkins-McKeehan Family Cemetery.
