Victims’ estates sue Courtney Taylor, insurance company

A Williamsburg woman, who allegedly shot and killed her husband and two children in their southern Whitley County home nearly one year ago, is being sued for wrongful death by the estate of her victims. In addition, the victims’ estates are also suing the insurance company that insured the property for up to $500,000.
