UPDATED: Middlesboro woman injured after collision with tractor-trailer in Corbin

Vehicle enforcement officers say a Middlesboro woman, who had to be extricated from her car after rear-ending a tractor-trailer truck on U.S. 25E in Corbin, was under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident.
Trina Rhymer, 37, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, following the wreck, which occurred about 10: 15 a.m. Monday.
"Based on what she told us regarding what prescriptions she was on and where she had come from, we charged her," said KVE Officer Toby Curry.
According to a witness, the light at the intersection of Ohler Road and U.S. 25E had turned green and the truck had started through the intersection when Rhymer’s car plowed into the back of it.
The mangled front of the car was trapped underneath the trailer, the back of which was inches from the passenger compartment.
Corbin Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to cut the top and the driver’s side doors off of the Stratus, securing Rhymer in a neck brace and onto a backboard before loading her into a waiting ambulance.
En route to BRMC, emergency personnel said Rhymer was complaining of arm back and neck injuries and may have suffered a fracture in her right arm.
Hospital officials said Tuesday that she had been treated and released. She was cited to appear in Knox District Court and given a court date.
The truck belongs to Summitt Trucking LLC out of Jeffersonville, Ind. Greg Mosley, 45, of Louisville, the driver of the truck, said he was not injured.
KVE officials said southbound U.S. 25E was closed to traffic for about 45 minutes as emergency personnel worked to clear the scene.
Corbin Police and Knox County EMS assisted at the scene.

HER WHAT ABOUT THE UNSUSPECTING TRUCK DRIVER WHO WAS SITTING THERE… ABOUT CARES WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM ?
THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE TODAY… OH POOR LITTLE CAR DRIVER , IF SHE WAS DOING DRUGS /OR ALCOHOL , THIS ACCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED…
LOOK ,PAY ATTENTION, AND KNOW YOUR SURROUNDINGS…
I DRIVE TRUCK FOR A LIVING , AND IF YOU HAVE SEEN THINGS AS I HAVE, EVERYONE WOULD BE MORE CAUTIOUS AND MORE ATTENTATIVE

From the picture its a miracle she came out of it alive. I pray a broken arm is the worst of her injuries. She must have had an Angel riding in her passenger seat.
anyone know who the woman was that got hurt?
This looks bad. I hope everything turns out ok for her.
