Two Corbin men are in jail following the shooting of another man in the early morning hours Wednesday on Little Spruce Creek Road in Whitley County.
According to Kentucky State Police Post 11 Public Affairs Officer Lloyd Cochran, police were notified of the shooting at about 1:16 a.m. Wednesday morning. Upon arrival, troopers from the post learned that David C. McNeil had gunshot wounds to both of his feet. Allegedly, McNeil had been arguing with Mark A.
