Trooper catches Corbin men ‘steeling’ from National Standard Building

Caught in the act was taken to a new high Thursday as a Kentucky State Police trooper reported locating two Corbin men, who later admitted to attempting to steal pipes, wiring and steel, in the rafters of the old National Standard building.
