Tracy Wayne Phipps, age 45, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday December 11, 2021, at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 pm on Wednesday December 15, at Rossland Holiness Church in Gray, KY, Funeral service will be at 2 pm on Thursday, December 16th with Rev. Steve Hughes officiating.
Burial will follow in the Phipps Cemetery in Gray.
Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
