TOURNAMENT TIME

 The 13^th Region Basketball Tournament boys’ draw was held at THE ARENA Sunday morning with Corbin (24-3) being matched up against the Bell County Bobcats in the upper bracket. The 20^th ranked Redhounds will play the Bobcats in Wednesday’s first game at 6:30.

It will be a battle of Tigers in the second game as the Barbourville Tigers (13-16) drew the Clay County Tigers. (20-9). They will tip off at 8:00.

In the bottom bracket, the South Laurel Cardinals (17-12) will take on the Knox Central Panthers (14-12) at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Harlan County Black Bears (19-9) and the Jaguars of North Laurel (14-17).

The semifinals will be play Saturday, March 6 at 3 and 4:30 p.m. with the championship game scheduled for Monday, March 8 at 7:30 p.m.
