Timmy Lee Bays

Timmy Lee Bays, age 21, of Maple Creek Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky, departed this life on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born on January 8, 1999 in Jellico, Tennessee.  He was preceded in death by his uncle, Alfred Curtis Bays; great-grandmothers, Maxine Peace and Margie Hamby; and an uncle, Lonnie Bays.

He is survived by his grandparents who raised him, Timmy R. and Brenda (Hamby) Bays of Williamsburg; mother, Amy Renee Bays of Williamsburg; two sisters, Kimberly Woods of Columbus, Ohio and Faith Bays of Williamsburg; uncle, Scott Bays (Melissa) of Williamsburg; several cousins; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

The funeral service was held on Monday, July 20, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Curt Vanover officiating.  Following the service, he was laid to rest in the Maple Creek Cemetery.
