Thomas Fields, age 80, of Locust Grove Road, Keavy, KY passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at the Mountain View Nursing Home in Pineville, KY.
Funeral service was Thursday, April 7, in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Paul officiating. Burial followed in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy, KY.
