Tennessee man accused of attempting to light girlfriend on fire to have case presented to a Whitley Co. grand jury

The case against a Knoxville man accused of threatening to kill his girlfriend before dousing her with a flammable liquid and attempting to set her on fire will have his case presented to a Whitley County grand jury.
