Susie Durbin

Susie Durbin, 81, of Riva Ridge Trail, Corbin departed this life on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Baptist Health in Corbin.

She was born on October 18, 1937 in Perry County, to the late Victor and Sue Campbell.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of over 57 years, Frank Durbin. Susie was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Melton (David) of Corbin; son, Eddie Durbin (Judy) of Corbin; two grandchildren, Jeremy Melton (Tamara) and Ashley Melton; great-grandchildren, Sidney Breeden, Emily Melton and Riley Melton; brother, Ernie Campbell (Nancy) of Hazard; nephews, Kevin Campbell and Kent Campbell of Hazard; and several other family and friends to mourn her passing.

The funeral service was held Saturday, May 10, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kyle Knight and Rev. Justin Spires officiating.

Following the service she was laid to rest in the Young Cemetery.
