State Police searching for man who robbed pizza delivery driver in Gray
Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help to find the individual who robbed a pizza delivery driver just after midnight Friday in the Gray community of Knox County.
According Trooper Shane Jacobs, public affairs officer at Post 10 in Harlan, the driver had just completed a delivery in Bertha Hollow off of South Ky. 233.
“After leaving the residence the driver stopped at the end of the road at a stop sign, when an unknown male individual stuck a pistol in the window of the vehicle and demanded money,” Jacobs stated, noting the driver cooperated, giving the robber his wallet.
The perpetrator took the cash and fled from the scene.
Jacobs said the driver was unable to provide police with a description of the perpetrator.
