State dropping quota requirements for bar, liquor store licenses

Two months after the applications were submitted, the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has selected Austin City Saloon and Felts Music Place to receive Corbin’s two quota retail drink licenses, AKA “bar” licenses.
