Lisa Blakley, of Williamsburg, and Johnny Estep Sr., of Simpsonville, S.C., would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their son, Johnny Estep Jr., to Heather Smart, daughter of Debbie Smart of Hodges, S.C.
