Shawn Jason Lawson

Shawn Jason Lawson, 39, of Huddleston Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Baptist Health in Corbin.

He was born on July 19, 1979 in Pineville, KY to Ronald and Sherry (Hill) Lawson.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Destiney Lawson and a brother, Shannon Lawson. Shawn enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing and riding 4-wheelers and street bikes.

He is survived by his daughter, McKenzie LaShay Hoskins of Morristown, TN; a son, Harley Logan Lawson of Williamsburg; his parents, Ronald and Sherry Lawson of Williamsburg; sister, Kayla Lawson of Williamsburg; two nephews, Tyler Lawson and Shannon Mills; niece, Lila Lawson; several aunts and uncles; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Mullins officiating.

Following the service he will be laid to rest in Freeman Cemetery.
