Rodney Fuson
Rodney Fuson, 51, of Knoxville, TN and formerly of Siler departed this life on Monday, November 5, 2018 in Knoxville.
He was born on September 19, 1967 in Williamsburg, to the late Raymond Fuson and Joie (Helton) Fuson.
He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond Fuson Jr., Willy Fuson and Dewey Fuson and a sister Mary (Fuson) Cox.
Rodney was a street performer in Knoxville for many years and was loved by many.
He is survived by his daughter, Shonda Scalf and her husband Curtis of London; three grandchildren, Casey Scalf, Cameron Scalf and Cheyenne Scalf; brothers and sisters, Bobby Lee Fuson and Darlene Morrow of Siler, Fannie Michael and husband Tim of Des Moines, IA, Frances Ann Eaton and husband Michael and Raymond Lee Fuson and wife Jeannie of Rockholds, Oscar Frank Helton and wife Lisa of Seoul, Korea, Larry ‘Bill’ Helton and wife Connie of Jenkins and Glenda ‘Polly’ Webb and husband Kenneth of Middlesboro; aunts and uncles, Joe Fuson and wife Thelma of Siler, Jimmy Fuson and wife Bonnie of Corbin, Lonnie Fuson of Williamsburg, Sarah Lawson of Siler, and Neva Gabbard of Brighton, MI; several nieces and nephews; and a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
The funeral service was held Monday, November 12, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Meadors officiating.
Following the service he was laid to rest in the Highland Cemetery in Williamsburg.
