Richard Edward Perkins,  53, of Rice Street, Williamsburg,  passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 in Williamsburg.

The funeral service was held Sunday, April 24,  at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Bill Meadors and Rev. Clay Canada officiating.

He was laid to rest in the Canadatown Cemetery.
