Phyllis Lockhart, age 66, of Corbin, KY, passed away Monday September 26, 2022, at her home in Corbin.
Service was held on Thursday, September 29, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Mitchell officiating.
Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
