Whitley County High School drama students helped provide dramatic narratives for the first ever Ghost Walk through historic downtown Williamsburg Monday evening. 141 people attended, which organizers hope to make an annual event.
- Brooke Wolfe channels the ghost of Johnson (Gillespie) Hall for a group. The ghost appears to unfortunate students and plays pranks on them.
- Kris Rucker is The Ghost of Archer, and tells stories about UC’s Archer Hall.
- Brandon Archer describes the haunting a around Williamsburg School, which once sits on the site of a former cemetery. Graves still are near the playground.
- Laurel West helps lead a ghost walk tour group, and provides a few additional ghost tales for the crowd.
- Hayden Minton represents the spirit of a miner trapped to walk the area around 10th Street.
