Phillips-Powell announce engagement

Tommy and Rowena Phillips of Beattyville, Ky. announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Ruth Phillips, to Brian George Powell, son of Kenneth and Carol Powell of Williamsburg, Ky.  A May wedding is planned.
Miss Phillips, a graduate of Berea College and Union University, is a Nurse Anesthetist with Kentucky Anesthesia Group in Georgetown, Ky.  Mr. Powell is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and is employed as a Conductor with CSX.
