Patricia (England) Costa

Patricia (England) Costa, age 74, of Chicago, Illinois passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Glenbrook Hospital (North Shore Health System) in Glenview, Illinois.
She was born February 22, 1948, in Pioneer, Tennessee.
Patricia is preceded in death by husband, David Wilson Costa, Sr.; son, David Wilson Costa, Jr.; father, Mayford England, mother, Mary (Spicer) England; brother, James England; uncles, Claude England and Carrol “CD” England; and aunt, Audra Dilbeck.
She is survived by son, James Costa and wife Kinga; grandsons, Leon Sliwa-Costa and Lucas Sliwa-Costa; and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Friday, August 19, at Lick Creek Holiness Church with Rev. Hansford Bolton and Rev. Kenneth Weaver officiating.
Burial followed in the Davis Cemetery in LaFollette, Tennessee.
