Tuesday was opening day for The Rootbeer Stand, which always serves as the unofficial start of Spring in Corbin. People of all ages turned out to get their chili hotdogs, but the frosted root beer mugs and window trays were nowhere to be seen as the beloved restaurant still deals with COVID-19 restrictions.
