Norma Eloise Ellison

Norma Eloise Ellison, 88, of Mahan Street, Jellico, TN departed this life on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Williamsburg Health and Rehab Center.

She was born on September 10, 1929 in Corbin, to the late James W. McKeehan and Ethel (Scalf) McKeehan.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by husband, George “Pete” Ellison; son, Rodney Lee Ellison; daughter, Alisa Moses; granddaughter, Angela Eloise Sebastian; sisters, June Bias and Nowano Smith; and brother, Eugene McKeehan.
She was a member of Church of God, Mountain Assembly, Jellico, TN.

She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Davis (husband Lynn) of Andersonville, TN; nine grandchildren, Curtis Childress, Chastity Sexton, Rhonda Williams, Rodney Ellison, Tessa Ellison, Ryan Moses, Dr. Dusty Moses, Jennifer Moses, and Amanda Winburn; 17 great grandchildren; two sisters, Doris Lusby of Knoxville, TN and Lois Jones of Lexington; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

The funeral service was held Saturday, March 10, at the Jellico Church of God, Mountain Assembly in Jellico with Rev. Scott Landes officiating.

Following the service she was laid to rest in the Jellico Cemetery.
