New details emerging in case of shot W’burg man, who is charged with trying to kill a KSP trooper

New details are starting to slowly emerge about an officer involved shooting last week in Whitley County, and a Williamsburg man, who has been charged with the attempted murder in addition to other charges for allegedly trying to run over a Kentucky State Police trooper in connection with the incident.
