Meadie Shelley Saylor

Meadie Shelley Saylor passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 in Edgewood, Kentucky.

She was born in Williamsburg, on July 1, 1923.

Meadie was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church for many years. Preceding her in death was her son, Roland Shelley, her parents Ike and Alice Powers, her husbands, Kie Shelley and Hobert Saylor, six brothers and two sisters.

Meadie is survived by her sister, Clara Watkins of Mason, OH, grandson Kie Shelley, two great grandsons Jackson and Mitchell Shelley and their mother Jalia Shelley and her daughter-in-law Billie Shelley all of Florence, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who she loved dearly. She will be remembered by her family and friends.

Visitation will be from 12 noon until the funeral hour on Thursday, May 17, at Croley Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Lester officiating.

Following the service she will be laid to rest in the Highland Cemetery in Williamsburg.
