Matney tells W’burg Kiwanis about Walk to End Alzheimer’s Walk
Southeast Kentucky Walk to End Alzheimer’s Walk Chair Paul Matney was the keynote speaker at the June Williamsburg Kiwanis Club meeting.
Matney noted that Alzheimer’s is responsible for one in three deaths of American senior citizens.
The walk will take place Oct. 2 in downtown Corbin, and Matney noted that he would like to have as many people as possible from Corbin, London, Barbourville and Williamsburg taking part.
As few as two people can form a team, and it costs nothing to register a team for the event.
