Man dies in head-on crash on Hwy. 770 near Corbin Tuesday

A head-on crash on KY 770 in north Corbin Tuesday afternoon resulted in the death of a Gray man, and police are still investigating the cause of the collision.
The accident happened about 3:06 p.m. According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Department, James Edward Poe, 32, of Gray was driving a Jeep Cherokee west on the roadway when he apparently crossed the centerline and hit a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Kevin Carroll, 48, of Calvin, head-on.
Carroll was driving a vehicle registered to the Kentucky Division of Natural Resources.
Carroll was not seriously injured. Poe received serious injures. A passenger in his car, 51-year-old Robert Poe had to be extricated from the vehicle by the West Knox Volunteer Fire Department. He died while being transported to Baptist Health Corbin for treatment of his injuries.
James Poe was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license, no insurance and no registration plates.
Laurel Sheriff’s Lt. Chuck Johnson is investigating the crash.

Yes I just want to know if there was a drug test done on Kevin Carroll. He was driving A state Vehicle That was registered to Kentucky Division of Natural Resources. If not I would like to know why I know any time a county or state Vehicle is in A Accident A drug test is to be done
