Corbin Police say a Larry Osborne of London had been drinking and smoking marijuana when he exposed himself to Constable Ronnie Bowling and other people at the Ky. 312 boat ramp Sunday.
Capt. Coy Wilson said Bowling was fishing in the area. As Bowling passed the boat dock area, Osborne, 26, allegedly came out of the woods on the bank, completely naked.
Bowling contacted Corbin Police for assistance.
Wilson, along with officers Wade Mitchell and John Dean responded. Bowling and the officers found Osborne near his vehicle. In the time it took the officers to arrive, Wilson said Osborne had put on a pair of shorts.
However, Osborne reportedly left his marijuana pipe laying in plain view. In addition, officers found a small amount of marijuana in one of Osborne’s pockets and beer in his vehicle.
"He was by himself," Osborne said. "He didn’t say anything about why he exposed himself."
Osborne was charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center.
Wilson noted that all of the charges are misdemeanors.

Indeed he did.
Looks like he picked the wrong place to “hang” out……
