TERMS OF SALE
1. The above property is indivisible and shall be sold as a whole to produce the sum of money so ordered to be made.

In accordance with KRS 350.055 , notice is hereby given that Emlyn Coal Processing LLC, 4184 S HWY 25W Williamsburg, KY. 40769, has applied for a permit for a surface coal mining and reclamation operation affecting 34.77 acres of surface disturbance and will underlie an additional 20.19 acres making total area of 54.96 acres within the proposed permit boundary, located approximately 1.92 miles northeast from the community of Louden, which is located at the intersection of E. Highway 92 and SR 1064 in Whitley County.
The proposed permit operation is located approximately 1 mile northeast from the intersection of Louden-Meadow Creek Road and SR 1064 in Whitley County, on Mabel Bunch Road, within the DeadMan Hollow watershed, which drains to the Cumberland River, located south of the mouth of Dead Man Hollow. The latitude is 36°46’18.879”. The longitude is 84°01’08.358”.
The proposed permit is located on the Rockholds U.S.G.S. 7 1/2 Minute Quadrangle Map. The operation will use the Contour, Surface Re-mining, and Auger methods of Mining. The surface and underlying areas to be disturbed by this permit are owned by; Randall Anderson, and Virginia Hamblin. The operation will affect an area within 100 feet of Mabel Bunch Road a public road. The operation will not involve relocation or closure of the public road.
This is the final advertisement of the permit application. All comments, objections, or requests for a permit conference must be received within thirty (30) days of today’s date. Public Hearing Notice
To all interested citizens of Williamsburg, Whitley County, Kentucky:
The Kentucky Department for Local Government is accepting application material under the 2011 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The City of Williamsburg intends to apply for assistance to construct a new 33,000 square foot Health Department Facility in Williamsburg, Kentucky to serve the citizens of Whitley County. The City of Williamsburg will hold a public hearing prior to the submission of the application. The public hearing will be held on Thursday August 4, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Williamsburg City Hall. The purpose of this hearing is to obtain views on housing and community development needs, review proposed activities, review the proposed application, and solicit public comments. Technical assistance is available to help groups representing low and moderate income persons in developing proposals.
The following information concerning the CDBG program is available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours:
A. Amount of funds available and range of activities that may be undertaken.
B. Estimated amounts of funds proposed to be used for activities benefiting persons of low and moderate income.
C. Plans for minimizing displacement of persons as a result of activities associated with CDBG funds and plans for providing assistance to those persons to be actually displaced as a result of CDBG-funded activities.
D. Records regarding the past use of CDBG funds.
