NOTICE:
NOTICE TO THE UNKNOWN TENANTS OR LESSEE OF 718 18TH STREET. To the above individuals, I have been appointed Warning Order Attorney to notify you of Civil Action No. 13-CI-00384, Jamos Fund I, LP v. Robert H. Siler, et al. Whitley Circuit Court. You have fifty days from June 12, 2013 to file an answer or other pleadings in this case, or judgment may be taken against you.
NOTICE OF BOND RELEASE
In accordance with KRS 350.093, notice is hereby given that Alden Resources LLC, 332 West Cumberland Gap Parkway, Corbin, KY 40701, has filed for a Phase II Bond Release on permit number 918-0442 which was last issued on March 13, 2012. The application covers an area of approximately 24.9 acres located 1.3 Miles south of the community of Louden in Whitley County, Kentucky.
The permit area is approximately 1.18 miles southwest of the intersection of Hwy. 92 and Louden Road and 1.5 miles northeast of the intersection of Mulberry Creek and the Cumberland River. The latitude is 36°44’16”. The longitude is 84°02’10”.
The bond now in effect is as follows:
The permit is a Surety Bond in the amount of $40,700.00. Approximately 25% of the original bond amount of $40,700.00 is included in this application for release.
Reclamation work performed includes: Backfilling, re-grading, topsoil replacement, and drainage control including soil preparation and initial seeding and mulching in accordance with the approved reclamation plan, completed November 25, 2009.
This is the final advertisement of the application. Written comments, objections, and requests for a public hearing of informal conference must be filed with the Director, Division of Field Services, #2 Hudson Hollow, Frankfort, KY 40601, by August 23, 2013.
A public hearing on the application has been scheduled for August 26, 2013, at 10:00am at the Department for Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement’s Middlesboro Regional Office, 1804 East Cumberland Avenue, Middlesboro, KY 40965-1229. The hearing will be cancelled if no request for a hearing or informal conference is received by August 26, 2013.
