 Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire.  The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services or stations in the near future: WEVV (SD & HD), WEVV D2 (SD & HD), WLEX (SD & HD), Youtoo, Outdoor Channel (SD & HD), RFD, WPSD D2 Antenna TV, Pivot, Boomerang, Cartoon Network, CNN, CNN Espanol, HLN, TBS (SD & HD), TCM9 TNT (SD & HD), truTV, HBO (SD & HD), HBO West, HBO2 (East & West), HBO Comedy, HBO Family (East & West), HBO Latino, HBO Signature (East & West), HBO Zone, HBO On Demand, Cinemax (SD & HD), Cinemax West, 5StarMax, ActionMAX (East & West), Max Latino, MoreMAX (East & West), MovieMAX, OuterMAX, ThrillerMAX, Cinemax On Demand, NBC Sports Network (SD & HD).

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:

On or after May 20th, Pro Sports On Demand channel 1011 will no longer be available as a standalone channel and its programming will move to Sports & Fitness On Demand channel 1009.

Time Warner Cable may cease carriage of TWC Movie Pass On Demand on or around June 1, 2015.

NOTICE: An action has been filed in the Whitley Circuit Court by US Bank against William Woosley and others, including the heirs, devisees, legatees and beneficiaries of Joyce Carroll. This involves an interest in land that was owned by Bill Carroll and his wife Joyce Carroll located at 544 Roden Road, Corbin, Kentucky. Please contact the law office of Marcia Smith, Corbin, Kentucky, 606-528-5001, if you have any information about the heirs or beneficiaries of the estate of Joyce Carroll, deceased.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Housing Authority of Williamsburg is developing its Five-Year/Annual Agency Plan, Capital Fund Program budgets, and related documents for Fiscal Years October 1, 2015 – October 1, 2019 in compliance with current HUD regulations. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 600 Brush Arbor Road, Williamsburg, KY. Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A public hearing will be held on July 8, 2015 at the Authority’s office at 2:00 PM.
