Whitley County Water District will be accepting sealed bids on a 1996 Kubota Backhoe, Model L35. Bids will be accepted at our office, located at 19 S Hwy 25W in Williamsburg, Kentucky, until 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2019. Minimum bid $10,000.00. Backhoe will be sold “as is”.
BID NOTICE:
The Whitley County Board of Education is now accepting sealed bids for refinishing the high school gym floor. Bid documents are available at the Whitley County Board of Education Office, 300 Main Street, Williamsburg, KY 40769, during regular office hours from 8:00 a.m until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Or they may be obtained by visiting our website at www.whitley.kyschools.us. Bid deadline is 2 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019. Bids received after the scheduled closing time will be returned unopened to the bidder. The Whitley County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.

MOTION AND ORDER FOR SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION
It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition for Temporary Custody and Motion for Summons by Publication and the Affidavit of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of the Respondent Natasha N. Caddell-Owens is unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search, therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Natasha N. Caddell-Owens. It is therefore, ORDERED that said Respondent be served by publication of the following Notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the News Journal, a newspaper published in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
TO THE RESPONDENT: Natasha N. Caddell-Owens
Pursuant to T.C.A. § 37-1-125, you are hereby summoned to appear on the 27th day of June, 2019 at 1:30 pm and defend the above-entitled action in the Anderson County Juvenile Court, Clinton, Tennessee, and answer the Petition filed by the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, and to serve your answer upon the Petitioner. In case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Petition, which has been filed with the Clerk of the Anderson County Juvenile Court located at the Juvenile Court of Anderson County, Jolley Building, 101 S. Main Street, Suite 200, Clinton, Tennessee 37716. Since your whereabouts is unknown and the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you, a copy of this summons shall be published in the News Journal newspaper for four (4) consecutive weeks.
