Lienholders on the vehicle may include Financial Services Vehicle Trust. Affiant, Quality Care Auto Service and Towing, intends to obtain title to the vehicle unless the owner or a lienholder objects in writing within fourteen (14) days after the last publication of this legal notice, which will be March 22, 2023.

In accordance with the provisions of KRS 350.055, notice is hereby given that Mountainside Coal Co. Inc. 5540 KY 1809 Barbourville, KY 40906, has applied for a renewal of a permit for a surface coal mining and reclamation operation affecting 38.0 acres located 0.8 miles north of Faber in Whitley County.
The operation is located 0.8 miles north of Faber in Whitley County. It is approximately 0.75 miles west from KY 26’s intersection with Eaton Fork Road and located 0.5 miles south of Eaton Fork. The latitude 36 53 29, and longitude 84 07 51.
The operation is located on the Vox U.S.G.S 7 1/2 minute quadrangle map. The surface and mineral area to be disturbed is owned by Arlene and Jesse Middleton.
This is the final advertisement of this application; all comments, objections, or requests for a permit conference must be received within thirty (30) days of today’s date. The application has been filed for public inspection at the Department for Natural Resources, Middlesboro Regional Office, Division of Mine Reclamation & Enforcement, 1804 East Cumberland Avenue, Middlesboro, Ky 40965-1229. Written comments or objections must be filed with the Director, Division of Permits, 300 Sower Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Frankfort, KY 40601.
BLASTING SCHEDULE
This is notice that American Highwall Mining, LLC, P.O. Box 1539, Chilhowie, VA 24319, Permit #918-0461 will be blasting near Woodbine in Whitley County, Kentucky. The proposed operation is approximately 0.8 miles west from KY Hwy 26’s junction with KY Hwy 3041 and located 0.12 mile north of the community of Woodbine in Whitley County, Latitude 36° 55’ 05”, Longitude 84° 06’ 06”. Blasting will be done daily, starting March, 2023. Blasting will be done Monday through Saturday and sometimes on Sunday. No blasting will be conducted before sunrise or after sunset. At least 10 minutes before the detonation, company personnel will control access to the area. Five (5) minutes before a blast signal, a signal will be given which will consist of a one (1) minute series of long blasts of a siren. One (1) minute prior to the detonation, the signal will be given which will consist of a series of short blasts of a siren. The all-clear signal will be given after the detonation, which will consist of a prolonged blast of a siren following the inspection of the blasted area. Blasting will not be conducted at times different from those given above except in emergency situations where rain, lightning, other atmospheric conditions, or operator or public safety requires unscheduled detonation. Prior to these detonations, the same audible warnings as above will be given to notify all persons within one-half (1/2) mile of the blasting site.
