Please take notice that the City of Williamsburg, Williamsburg, Whitley County, Kentucky provides the following statement pursuant to KRS 424.220 and KRS 91A.4046. The City of Williamsburg has completed its annual audit and copies are on file with the City of Williamsburg. For those individuals who wish to view said audit, a copy may be viewed at City Hall, 423 Main Street, Williamsburg, KY.
NOTICE:
Bell-Whitley Community Action Agency, Inc., a 501(c)3 private, non-profit is now accepting proposals for an OMB Circular A-133 Audit of its financial records. Agency funds are received from numerous Federal, State and local agencies.
The audit will be conducted for the year ending June 30, 2012. Bidders must submit a copy of their latest peer review letter and also proof that the bidder has met all education requirements in accordance with OMB Circular A-l33. Proof of sufficient liability insurance should be submitted with the bid packet. If the bidder is a firm, it should describe its organization, size, structure, areas of practice, and office location(s).
Successful bidder will have at least five (5) years experience auditing a non-profit and will furnish the agency with references of audits of other non-profits. Final audit must be complete and submitted to the agency and various funding sources by October 31, 2012.
