The judgment against the defendants Jerry L. Rose and Lori A. Rose, plus costs, are as follows:
(1) The principal sum in the amount of $77,235.13, plus interest from 03/01/09 in the amount of $2,569.99, plus advancements for the protection of the property, including taxes and insurance (negative escrow) in the amount of $872.11, plus attorney fees (KRS 411.195) in the amount of $1,100.00 for a total in the amount of $81,777.23.
